So much for feeling bloody inspired. DX
The biscuits crumbs of the base of the cheesecake didn't combine together.
So I decided to bake the biscuit base in the oven longer, thinking it was an ingenious idea.
But. I didn't hear the oven alarm ringing nor did I remember about it until much later.
The biscuit base was an unappetising almost-charred deep brown.
Unfettered, I convinced myself that no one can see the colour of the base anyway. :D
The sausage-like tube of cream cheese looked like a huge, white, gross lump of shit. o_o"
I was supposed to beat it till it was smooth and fluffy but it was as tedious and futile as attempting to stir plasticine with a plastic spoon. D:
I decided to forget about this step and continue to add the sugar. And oh gosh it worked :D the mixture became really smooth like cream. (WOOHOO :D)
The faster I stirred, the smoother and more fluid the mixture became.
I was feeling jubilant and quite proud of myself .
Then, FUCK.
The cheese mixture shot out of the bowl and fucking splattered on my shorts, my shirt, the cupboard doors, the sink and the floor. =___________=
Fucking cream cheese on my clothes.
When I looked up from cleaning the floor, I saw my puppy sticking her head (cautiously) into the kitchen, possibly wondering where that "GAAAARGH FUCK" sound came from.
HAHA, it was really cute :3
Now, I've showered and am typing this, waiting for the cake to finish baking. ZZZ. :/
Quite pissed. D:
I got loads of work to do. :/ Homework, research for the debate topic and guitar practice. Not that I mind the last to-do item though.
I feel cheated into the debate thing. Less than half of the J1 classes had debate teams. D: !!
Plus, I have to stay back till 5pm on Monday for the debate thing to start.
I've never even been in a proper debating contest before. x_x
OH FUCK.
I FORGOT TO GREASE THE SIDES OF THE CAKE PAN. D:
Which means the cake will stick to the metal sides of the pan, which basicaly means the cake will look effing ugly. T^T
And I just wasted my afternoon doing this today. :/ pffffffffffft. :/
